Menopause essentials: the ultimate guide to optimal aging
I haven’t read this book. I was impressed by the information the doctor delivered in her interviews. She promotes some “Young Living” essential oils products that help with hormone problems. Hormones control many functions in your body directly and indirectly. Organic essential oils effectively penetrate the skin to encourage detoxification and oxygenation. Oils that stimulate the endocrine system can boost the excretion of the estrogen hormone to increase the skin’s collagen and muscle tone. Estrogen-based essential oils also help regulate perimenopause and menopause.
Young Living is a therapeutic-grade essential oil company that promotes many products. It is a Network marketing company. I don’t benefit from network marketing. This book is a good read and offers her many years of experience.
Scientific backing supports using aromatherapy essential oils and herbal medicine to provide menopause and aging relief. You may have to alter vitamins and essential oils for similar symptoms in various women. This book can help you through this challenge.
Dr. Tamyra Comeaux, a board-certified Gynecologist in Houston, TX, has also studied and completed Aromatherapy, Herbal medicine, Holistic Nutrition, and Naturopathic Medicine. She combines her traditional medicine knowledge with holistic methods. This book includes research and protocols Dr. Comeaux has used with her patients. She discusses women’s hormones that decline in menopause, which diseases are associated with this decline and the essential oils that have proven to help lessen the discomfort of menopause. Potential risks associated with various medications may be associated with treatments, including essential oils. Be informed before using them.
